Important: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you can request a return after delivery in line with our Return Policy.

We will review your request and, where applicable, offer a solution such as replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy in line with your statutory consumer rights.
What is not covered?
Damage caused by:

unauthorized modifications,

lack of proper care/maintenance
may not be covered.
