RETURN POLICY – SOPHIA CARDIFF (EN)

Returns & Refunds

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees and any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.

1) Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) are returned in the same condition as received, including all parts, components, and (where applicable) original packaging.

  • The item(s) show normal handling only (no damage caused by improper use).

  • For items where hygiene matters, the item(s) must be clean and unused before starting the return process.

  • If the product is defective, it must be reported immediately upon receipt (include photos).

2) Return processing time

We aim to review and process return requests within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect the item(s) have been used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.

3) How do I start a return?

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the product (especially if damaged/defective)

  • Customer full name

  • Customer address

Important: Please contact customer service first. You must receive return instructions/confirmation before sending anything back. Returns sent to a different address may not be accepted.

Return notes

  • Refunds can be issued only after we receive the package and inspect the goods (must be clean and in satisfactory condition).

  • You must send us:

    • a photo of your package, and

    • the tracking number (track & trace).

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable fees, as stated above.

CANCELLATION / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EN)

5) Order cancellation (before dispatch)

Because orders are processed quickly, you may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed for dispatch and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you want to cancel within this 1-hour window, contact: info@sophiacardiff.com and include your order number.

6) If your order is already in transit

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then request a return using the steps above.

7) Consequences of withdrawal (refunds)

If a refund is approved, we will reimburse payments received for the returned goods using the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
Note: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
